Baby Hendrix
While Cameron slaved away in the yard this weekend (we forgot when you buy a house you have to take care of the yard!) I took the girls to my cousin's baby shower. They named the baby Hendrix and he is a cutie. We got to have lots of fun with Grandma Giles too. I LOVE THIS PICTURE of her with the girls.
These are all the great-grandkids. Hunter, River, Sariah, Halle, Abby and Hendrix.
My parents came to visit our house for Sariah's birthday. Cam and I had to speak in church that weekend, so it was perfect timing. My mom had to spend the whole time out in the hall, because Sariah kept trying to walk up to the pulpit.

Sweet Sariah Turned One Today!
One year ago...

Today!!!
Sariah turned one year old today! I must gush about how much we love and adore her, because it's true. We LOVE her!
Sariah is toddling around, with only two bottom teeth, saying "Mamama" and "Dada da da." She loves stairs, doggies, bread and being outside. When ever she sees a dog she gets REALLY excited, stomps her feet, bounces up and down, points and says 'oh! oh! dogga! dogga!" She's really starting to understand the things we say and is really interested in learning sign language. She signs light, more, cheese, drink, bird, and hat. Tonight we were having pizza for dinner and River was saying, "It's pizza, Sariah. Pizza. PIZZA!" when, I swear, Sariah opened her mouth and said "Pi ZA." It was so cute! Now Cameron wants to tell people that pizza was her first word! I think she's already said 'doggy' and 'baby', but it's hard to say. Sariah loves to play 'chase' where she leaves the room, even though she knows she's not supposed to, until you chase her and she crawls away faster and faster laughing, until she collapses because she can't go any faster. It's so funny. If you say 'Kiss' she gives you a kiss, if you say "hi five" she'll give you a high five. I love this age!
We celebrated Sariah's big day by having cake and icecream with some family and friends at the park. Thanks for coming everyone!

Snowy Easter
We had a great Easter! Ty, Blake, Mom and Dad all came to stay with us over the weekend. We dyed eggs, listened to conference , and painted the snow. Yes, snow. We have tons of snow so all the egg hunting was inside. I've been trying to get River to understand why we celebrate Easter, but I'm not sure how much sunk in... River's prayer at dinner: "Thank thee that Jesus could bring us Easter Eggs."
