And River's big acheivement lately: She learned to button her own buttons! She is so happy and proud of herself.
Besides walking and buttoning River and Sariah are starting to play together a bit, which is so sweet and fun. On the other hand they are getting jealous of each other's time with Mom and Dad, so we try to give them both enough attention. I often end up with both of them on my lap, reading two different books at the same time. That way Sariah can flip through the pages as fast as she wants, and River can listen to the story!

Other projects I've completed recently are a clock and mirror I found at the thrift store. I cleaned up the clock and painted the background and frame black. 
I think it looks much more sleek and modern, and I love how the trees stand out now.
I painted and distressed this mirror for our hallway. I want to put a thin green ribbon around the flower pot. How do you feel about the mirror? Be honest, you won't hurt my feelings! Too turquoise? Is it a weird shape, or do you like it?
